The Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a man wanted in connection with the indecent assault of a woman inside a Dollar Tree in South Philadelphia.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on Sunday at the Dollar Tree store located at 56 E. Snyder Ave.
Witnesses reported that the man is often seen around Snyder Plaza and the nearby I-95 underpass, where he may park his vehicle. In the video, the victim can be heard screaming: “He nutted on my leg.”
The suspect is described as a man between 25 and 30 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, with a stocky build, a short receding hairline, and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, gray shorts, and black sneakers.
