On Friday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported an earthquake of 5.1 magnitude in parts of Oklahoma. This earthquake’s potency places it on par with the fourth-largest recorded in the state’s history.
The focal point of the earthquake was located northwest of Prague in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, a short distance of 50 miles towards eastern direction from Oklahoma City. The seismic turbulence did not result in any harm or casualties around that zone. However, officials are presently monitoring and evaluating the circumstances diligently.
