BERWYN, Ill. — Far-right influencer Nick Fuentes is set to appear in court on Dec. 19 after being accused of pepper-spraying a woman who showed up at his suburban Chicago home. The confrontation followed the leak of Fuentes’ address online, which occurred after his controversial “Your body, my choice” post on X (formerly Twitter).

Incident Details

According to court documents, the alleged incident took place on Nov. 10 in Berwyn, a Chicago suburb with a population of about 54,000. The 57-year-old woman said she went to Fuentes’ residence after friends encouraged her to investigate rumors that he had been receiving prank deliveries.

The woman told the Chicago Tribune she recorded a video of herself standing on the sidewalk outside Fuentes’ home. Another woman reportedly pulled up in a car and suggested she ring the doorbell.

The woman alleged that before she could ring the bell, Fuentes opened the door, pepper-sprayed her, shouted an expletive, and took her phone.

Legal Action and Social Media Reaction

Fuentes, 26, has been charged with battery in connection with the incident. He has since posted mugshots of himself on his X account, captioned with offensive language, including a racial slur, and the phrase, “Free me.”
