A car plowed into a crowd in midtown Manhattan on Sunday night, resulting in seven individuals sustaining injuries, as confirmed by the police.
The injured parties were reported to have non-life-threatening wounds, according to an official from the New York Police Department. Fortunately, no one is currently in critical condition.
The injured group consisted of six men, ranging in age from 24 to 61, along with a 34-year-old woman, as stated by law enforcement.
The 29-year-old woman, who was allegedly driving the vehicle, hails from Belle Mead, New Jersey, as revealed by the police. Her identity has not been disclosed at this time. Presently, she is undergoing medical evaluation and is in the custody of law enforcement personnel.

After purportedly driving through the crowd in Manhattan, the driver continued her route through the Midtown Tunnel and proceeded into Queens, according to information provided by the police.

Subsequently, she became involved in a three-car collision on the Long Island Expressway, though fortunately, no injuries ensued from this particular incident, as indicated by law enforcement sources. Both of the other vehicles involved were able to leave the scene unharmed.
