After a shooting occurred on Thursday evening at Arlington Mall, multiple people have been arrested. According to the Arlington Police Department, the suspects who were apprehended have been identified as:

One charge of Public Disturbance has been filed against Damius Lindon, 19. Another person charged with the same count is Jaccques Jacques, also aged 19. Careco Harris, who is just seventeen years old, will have to face a serious allegation as he’s accused of one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. On the other hand, Kaiden Jackson faces even more severe charges where two counts of Aggravated Assault are named for having weapons that can potentially cause death or injury.

According to an official statement released by the Arlington Police Department through some news media outlets, there was an altercation at the mall among Lindon, Jacques, and Harris from one side while Jackson came from another group over someone talking to somebody else’s girlfriend, which led them into hot water fighting each other in public place causing disturbance for others too aside themselves involved in it.

The disagreement turned into a violent clash. Harris supposedly took out his handgun during the altercation and pointed it at the other side, hitting one of them with the gun. It has been reported that no shots were discharged by Harris.

According to the news release, during a scuffle between Harris and Jackson, Harris lost control of the gun which was then picked up by Jackson. Subsequently, reports indicate that Jackson fired the weapon, causing an injury on Harris’ arm while accidentally shooting a 38-year-old woman in her leg who had no involvement in the incident.
