17-Year-Old Killed in Alexandria Car Crash

In the early hours of Monday morning, a devastating incident unfolded in Alexandria as a 17-year-old boy lost his life in a single-vehicle crash. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office received a distressing report around 3:30 a.m., alerting them to the crash that occurred on County Road 72, near the intersection of Berglund Mile Northeast.

Deputies promptly rushed to the scene, discovering a harrowing sight—a single-vehicle rollover crash. Tragically, the young driver, aged only 17, was found lifeless and pronounced dead on-site.
