A bright-eyed fan of the Green Bay Packers was amazed when she saw quarterback Jordan Love coming to her aid, helping to release her car, which had become stuck in the snow.
Just days before Love led his team to an impressive 48-32 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in the playoff wildcard round, a 20-year-old fan named Lucy Kurowski posted a photo of herself with the NFL star on Instagram.
Kurowski recounted her unforeseen meeting to the media. She shared that after she finished a hair appointment on Friday in De Pere’s suburb, she found out that the snow had immobilized her car.
Kurowski reported, “As he exited his vehicle, he inquired about my well-being by asking if I was okay.” She then added with excitement-tinged awe, “Recognizing him as Jordan Love caused me to fangirl and rendered the experience surreal. My emotions were so intense that I had trouble accepting it as reality.”
Love’s kindness deeply touched Kurowski despite the fact that the pair failed to liberate the vehicle.
The duo’s selfie, which was shared on social media by Kurowski’s aunt, received 30,000 likes and led to the inquiry of “Is there anything he can’t accomplish?”
At 25, Love graduated from Utah State University and demonstrated his ability on the playing field by throwing three touchdowns during Sunday’s game. This impressive performance marked his first appearance in a postseason event where he led an unexpected win for his team against all odds as they faced off against unbeaten home favorites, The Cowboys, who had won their last sixteen games at home.
