Actor and comedian Pete Davidson has reportedly made the decision to step back from the public eye and seek help for his mental health. Davidson has entered rehab with the intention of addressing his mental well-being.

It’s reported the former Saturday Night Live star may be dealing with conditions such as PTSD and borderline personality disorder. Davidson has been an advocate for mental health awareness and has openly discussed his own diagnosis of borderline personality disorder in an interview with Glenn Close on Entertainment Tonight. Notably, he used his platform on SNL to address rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West), emphasizing that mental illness should never be an excuse for inappropriate behavior.

If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, it’s important to remember that help is available. The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health offers resources and support for individuals in need, including one-on-one peer support. For more information, visit their website.
