A devastating shooting incident occurred on Sunday at a hookah lounge located in south Seattle, resulting in the loss of three lives and leaving six individuals wounded, according to authorities.
Law enforcement has not yet provided any details regarding potential suspects related to the early morning shooting that transpired in the Mount Baker neighborhood.
At approximately 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, the police received numerous 911 calls and promptly dispatched officers to the scene.
Regrettably, a 22-year-old man and a 33-year-old man succumbed to their injuries at the lounge, while a 30-year-old woman passed away at Harborview Medical Center, as confirmed by officials. The identities of the victims have not been disclosed at this time.
Of the six individuals injured in the incident, a 23-year-old man remains in critical condition, while the remaining five are reported to be in stable condition, according to law enforcement. The age range of the wounded victims spans from 21 to 38 years old.

The investigation into the circumstances leading to the tragic shooting is still ongoing. Law enforcement revealed that a total of five firearms were recovered at the scene.
Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell expressed his thoughts in a statement, emphasizing that despite the Seattle police’s diligent efforts in confiscating firearms – totaling 869 as of July – there is still an alarming number of illegal guns in the possession of wrongdoers that have the potential to instigate further tragedies similar to this heart-wrenching incident.
