Authorities in Virginia are investigating the death of Autumn Oxley, a former cast member of the MTV reality show “16 and Pregnant,” who passed away over the weekend, according to police.
Officers responded to a medical emergency in Sandston, approximately 9 miles (14.5 kilometers) east of Richmond, shortly after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oxley, 27, was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of death is still under investigation, police stated.
Oxley appeared in the fifth season of “16 and Pregnant” in 2014, which documented her pregnancy and the birth of her son, Drake.
