WILLINGBORO, N.J. — A 32-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with the alleged murder of her mother inside the family home, authorities announced on Tuesday.

The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and Willingboro Township Police Chief Ian S. Bucs identified the suspect as Breanna Beacham, who had been temporarily staying at her mother’s residence on Hopewell Lane in the Hawthorne Park neighborhood.

Incident Details
Police responded to a call reporting an assault in progress just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a statement from the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office.
“Upon arrival, investigators discovered the body of Kim Beacham-Hanson, 57, inside the residence,” the statement revealed.
A preliminary investigation determined that the victim had been bludgeoned to death.

An autopsy conducted by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood concluded that the death was a homicide caused by multiple blunt injuries.
