A massive house fire broke out in Laurel, Maryland during the early hours of Wednesday, prompting a second alarm response to ensure sufficient firefighting personnel and prevent the flames from spreading to neighboring residences.

At approximately 6:30 a.m., Prince George’s County firefighters received a distress call regarding a fire at the 13900 block of Chadsworth Terrace in Laurel. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the house fully engulfed in flames, with the fire visible from the roof.

Fortunately, all occupants of the house managed to evacuate safely, and no injuries have been reported thus far in connection with the incident. Fire crews continue to work diligently at the scene to bring the blaze under control.
