Accuser Testifies Danny Masterson Pulled a Gun on Her During Rape Incident

Former That 70’s Show star Danny Masterson shocked everyone when rape accusations against him became public. He is currently on trial for three counts of rape and looking at a possible sentence of 45 years to life.

Masterson and all three accusers were members of the Church of Scientology at the time of the incidents. Accusers include Masterson’s ex-girlfriend Chrissie Carnell Bixler and three other women. They filed a civil lawsuit in 2019 due to alleged incidents of sexual assault which took place between 2001 and 2003

Masterson is denying all allegations. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges calling them “outrageous”.

One of the accusers, Jen, recently testified recounting two counts of assault.

Jen met Masterson through the Church of Scientology in 1997. She was 24 at the time. They had a “friendly, informal” relationship.

In 2002, she and a friend met up with Masterson at a bar after seeing a movie. He kept buying them strong drinks. They got very drunk, and Masterson offered them to stay at his home for the night.

Jen got to his home and soon fell asleep. She later woke up naked feeling a sharp pain in her rear side. Masterson had penetrated her. She screamed out “no” but later fell asleep.

When she woke up the next morning, Masterson was not in the home.

She told her Scientologist friends about the incident, but they expressed disbelief and suggested she was to blame.

“I was forced to make peace and bury the hatchet so we could be cool,” Jen explained.

Jen avoided Masterson, but in 2003, she was with a group of friends and needed to pick up a pair of keys from Masterson’s house.

When they got to the house, they saw that about 15 people were there partying. Masterson was deejaying in the living room.

Jen was terrified and planned to pick up the keys and leave as soon as possible.

But Masterson greeted the group and brought her a drink.

He then began pressuring her to get in the Jacuzzi and dragged her by her wrists into the tub. Jen reported feeling weak and confused even though she had only sipped half her drink.

Jen described feeling as if she was “slipping under”. Masterson stuck his fingers down her throat to make her throw up in his toilet.

After that, she passed out.

When she came to, she found Masterson was assaulting her in the shower. He then took her to his bed and started to have sex with her. She tried to fight back, but Masterson smothered her with a pillow until she lost consciousness.

When she woke up, she tried to get away, but Masterson pulled a gun on her and told her “shut the f**k up, don’t f**king move.”

A couple of days later, she called Masterson to try and get some clarity on what had happened that night.

“He said ‘we had a good time’, and I said ‘no, no, no’ and hung up,” Jen testified.

Masterson and his attorneys are denying the claims stating Jen had inconsistencies in her story. They point out that Jen did not mention the gun or the first instance of sexual assault when she originally spoke to police in 2004.

The case is ongoing.
