Las Vegas woman has meltdown on plane after being asked to take dog off her lap

A passenger on a Delta flight was caught in a viral video, as she is seen swearing at passengers and staff and throwing a bottle at another passenger. All of this circled around the fact that she was asked to take her dog off her lap and put it in a carrier.

On October 12, the viral video shows Anna Dugan, a 32-year-old bartender from Las Vegas, shouting and swearing at the cabin crew after she was asked to put her dog in a carrier on a flight going from Atlanta to New York, the New York Post reported.

Dugan was identified from the video and she spoke with Inside Edition and released a half apology, saying, “​“I am sorry that I got so upset. However, I felt like I needed to…stick up for myself. I know I need to work on my emotions, but they weren’t right either.” So, I am sorry, but I had to do it and they were wrong too and made me do it?

The video was caught by fellow passengers, who watched the altercation unfold in front of them. The flight attendants were trying to remove Dugan, as she told them, “We are about to fight then!”

She told a flight attendant, “My dog was sitting on my lap. I put him in the bag! He’s in the bag!” She went on, yelling, ““I didn’t f— do anything to you guys. Because you couldn’t let my dog sit on my f—- lap!”

Dugan just kept getting more and more riled up, as she erupted again, angrily shouting at people that were filming the situation taking place and other staff members on board. Fellow passengers were telling her to get off the flight, but she said, “F— you! F— all of you!”

As Dugan was packing up her belongings into a bag, a fellow passenger shouted, “Get off the plane.” Dugan was ticked off and threw a water bottle at the passenger filming her, yelling, “Turn your f— phone off!”

The flight attendant said, “Nobody acting this way flies on a flight with us.” Dugan replied saying, ”OK. F— you!”

Delta released a statement saying, “Delta has zero tolerance for this kind of behavior on our aircraft and in our airports. Nothing is more important than the safety and security of our people and customers.”

As of now, no charges have been filed in connection to the incident.
