Teacher busted for sexual relationship with student after husband snitches

Teacher busted for sexual relationship with student after husband snitches

The choir director at a high school in Pennsylvania was arrested for a sexual relationship with a female student after her angry husband turned her into the administrators, officials said.

On May 16, 26-year-old Olivia Ortz was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual activity with a 17-year-old student at Wilmington Area High School, New Castle News reported. Her husband, Cody Ortz, did freelance work for the school’s music department and directed the high school’s musical this school year. He got home from a recent trip to Florida when he found incriminating messages on Olivia’s iPad, so he told the principal.

On May 9, Olivia was suspended and a warrant was issued for her arrest on May 13, police said. However, she refused to turn herself in and even sang in a local concert on Sunday before finally turning herself in on Monday.

What makes this story even wilder is the fact that the previous high school’s music director, 37-year-old Jonathan Priano, is currently facing similar charges of sexual misconduct with students. Priano allegedly liked tickling the feet of coeds and forming inappropriately close relationships with them, New Castle News stated. His case is pending.

In Olivia’s case, investigators acted on tips from her husband and found more than 100 messages between the choir director and her female student using Spotify’s chat function. Officials said they apparently had a code word they would use in case their illicit dalliance was ever discovered.

Police interviewed the student and she admitted to going to the teacher’s home when her husband was away and stated they had sex on several occasions, authorities said. The student even went to Olivia’s home after her husband found out about their relationship to offer the teacher comfort.

After obtaining a conclusive search warrant, investigators interviewed the teen and her parents again on May 5. The teen told police that she and Ortz were still talking despite the possible criminal charges for Ortz and she said they are in love.

Ortz was booked into the Lawrence County jail on a $150,000 bond and her next hearing is set for May 25, officials said.

For Priano, he faces 10 counts of sexual assault and two counts of unlawful contact with minors. He has a pretrial hearing set for June, authorities said.

How flight attendants react after they see passengers joining the mile high club

How flight attendants react after they see passengers joining the mile high club

As a flight attendant, you’re likely to see it all. Recently, a Reddit poster sent out a general query asking, “Flight Attendants of Reddit, upon discovering a mile-high club attempt, do you bust the culprits or allow the mischief makers to get away with it?’

One crew member replied, “We had one flight to Rome that was rather interesting.”

“The couple didn’t know each other at the start of the flight, and despite being on opposite ends of business class, somehow found a way to be in the same seat mid-flight.”

“They decided to go at it sans-blanket, at which point we had to ask them to separate for the rest of the flight.”

“On a different flight I had a couple ask if they could stand in the galley for a few minutes to stretch their legs.”

“I heard her moaning, and I turned and looked, and the guy had her pinned up against my coffee makers with his hand up her shirt.”

“I promptly told them to remove themselves from the galley and either finish up in the lav, or head back to their seats and keep their hand to themselves. If I can’t get it on in my galley, no one can get it on in my galley.”

Another flight attendant weighed in saying, “FA here! I’d allow it. If you can maneuver well enough to have a sexually pleasing performance in an aircraft lavatory that’s covered in thousands of germs, go for it!”

A passenger also commented saying, “On a flight to Switzerland a couple of years ago, there was a couple who ‘mile-high clubbed’ a couple of times over the course of the flight.

“The final time was right before breakfast was being served and the flight attendant had everyone on the plane give them a round of applause for being the most consistent passengers she had ever seen.”

Judging from the response, it seems as if it’s not too difficult to mile high on a flight, but there were attendants who commented they wouldn’t allow it.

Others warned that bathroom doors can open from the outside even if they are locked. Still others let readers known that the crew can have you arrested upon landing as having sex on an airplane is illegal

Would you take the risk?

Woman’s 50th birthday turns into Shameless style brawl caught on viral video

Woman’s 50th birthday turns into Shameless style brawl caught on viral video

Every family fights, but here’s one that turned a 50th birthday party in Colne, Lancaster, England into a viral event.

Lisa Keegan was enjoying her birthday celebration when a family friend, Adam, 40, snatched an e-cigarette from one of the teenagers at the party.

Lisa’s daughter’s boyfriend Tony, 52, came to the boy’s aid and the situation got heated

Soon the two men were exchanging drunken punches with quite a few hitting the birthday girl instead of the intended subject.

Lisa finally managed to break the men up and made it final by throwing a chair Tony’s way.

The scene was caught on video and ended up going viral. The family was quoted on what happened and, fortunately, had a sense of humor about it.

“You’re only 50 once and this is certainly a birthday I’ll never forget, it was mayhem,” said Lisa.

“Adam was just winding people up, and he took (a lad’s) e-cig. Tony stuck up for him, but instead of punching Adam, he was punching me.

“They couldn’t pack a punch because everyone was so drunk. I was in the middle of them to break it up, but I should have just left them to it.

“The video’s hilarious. It’s like something out of Shameless. I was like a meme. When I fell over backwards, I just started laughing. Even the dog was barking to tell them off.

“When I watched it back, I thought, ‘oh my days’. I was embarrassed. We’ve been getting a lot of stick about it, but some people are calling me a legend.

“A lot of my friends thing it’s brilliant.”

Tony managed to find the humor in it as well.

“It’s funny to watch back. My girlfriend was falling over, Lisa was shouting and yelling. Everyone’s falling all over the place.

“Adam was being cocky, but we were all p*ssed up. It was more funny than anything else. He’s not my mate but I know him. He’s a nice lad.

“I accidentally threw a few punches at her, but I didn’t mean to. I didn’t even know. I was more tired than anything. I’m too old for that sort of thing.

“There wasn’t anything malicious in it. We sorted it out and the police gave me a lift home,” Tony said referring to the Lancaster police showing up and escorting him home.

The video was posted on social media and racked up over 13,000 shares and 300 comments.

10 months into marriage, woman finds out her husband is actually a WOMAN

10 months into marriage, woman finds out her husband is actually a WOMAN

It may not be unusual to find out things you never knew about your spouse months after you’ve been married, but discovering they’re another gender? Now that’s odd.

Yet that’s exactly what happened to an Indonesian woman who has come forward claiming she was married for ten months to a man who turned out to be a woman

The wife, known only as NA in legal documents, said she met her husband, AA, through online dating.

AA claimed she was a surgeon in the coal business. They got married in a secret ceremony as AA could not produce the civil documents required for a legal ceremony.

In Indonesia, where they lived, a secret wedding is not recognized by law, but it is recognized by religion.

The two began living in NA’s parents house in Indonesia. During their marriage, AA repeatedly asked NA’s parents for money. The parents were suspicious as to why AA kept asking for money being that he (she) supposedly had an impressive career.

AA eventually moved NA out of her parent’s house to live in South Sumatra where she was confined to their home for several months. NA said AA controlled their finances while they were there.

NA’s mother became worried because she did not hear from her daughter for some time, and she contacted the police to track them down.

It was during a police interview that AA revealed she was actually a woman whose initials were EY.

NA shared her story on social media. When asked about sexual relations, she said her partner would always turn off the lights and insist she wear a blindfold during sex.

The parents are claiming that EY conned them out of over $20,000. They are currently suing for damages.

Ex-soldier found guilty of murdering neighbors over parking dispute

Ex-soldier found guilty of murdering neighbors over parking dispute

An ex-commando was found guilty of murdering his two neighbors over a parking dispute. He is facing life in prison.

Collin Reeves, 35, has been on trial for the murder of his neighbors, Jennifer and Stephen Chapple since November of 2021 at Bristol Crown Court in England. The murder weapon was a ceremonial dagger.

CCTV footage captured the ex-soldier scaling a garden fence and entering his neighbors’ home screaming, “Die you f**kers, die!”

Once inside, he stabbed Jennifer, 33, and Stephen, 36.

Reeves lived next door to the Chapples and had fallen out with the couple over a parking dispute. He had several angry exchanges with the pair and called Mrs. Chapple a “f**king c***” and a “fat bitch”.

The ex-soldier admits that he stabbed the couple but denies murder. He pleaded to a lesser charge of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Reeves is an Afghanistan veteran who underwent rigorous commando training and served with the Royal Engineers. He used the ceremonial dagger he had been given when he left the army to kill the Chapples.

The jury heard that Reeves had been having trouble in his marriage and his wife, Kayley, had asked for a trial separation just 40 minutes before the attack.

After the murders occurred, Reeves can be heard in the background of an emergency call telling someone, “I couldn’t let her torment Kayley anymore.”

Forensic psychiatrist for the defense Dr. Lucy Bacon found Reeves to be suffering from moderate depression at the time the murders took place.

She believes the depression played a part in the murders, but she doesn’t think it caused him to do what he did therefore finding that he did not meet the criteria for diminished responsibility.

She also noted that he regressed to Army mode while at the police station and possibly during the killings. He gave his name as “Lance Corporal Collin Reeves” and was quoted as saying, “I was just doing my job- it was an operation.”

Later, at the trial, Reeves said, “I feel ashamed- disgusted with myself for what I’ve done. For the pain and suffering, I caused.

“The two boys will never see their mum and dad again because of me. I cannot understand why I did it.”

Reeves claimed he could not remember a time between sitting at the bottom of the steps with the dagger crying and the time he was back in the living room with his wife screaming.

Forensic psychiatrist for the prosecution, Dr. John Sanford refers to this as dissociative amnesia and said it was not a contributing factor to the murders.

“The main factor in committing this offense is about the dispute between the two families,” Sanford said.

The Chappels’ family released a statement that included the following quotes.

“We now ask that we are left to process this in our own way, to be able to grieve properly and move forward as best we can.

“We will now focus on Jennifer and Stephen’s beautiful boys helping them to live the life that Jennifer and Stephen would have wished for them.”

Google suspends engineer after saying AI chatbot has become sentient

Google suspends engineer who states A.I. is Sentient

A Google engineer has been put on leave after claiming that the company’s artificial intelligence is sentient.

Senior software engineer in Google’s Responsible A.I. organization, Blake Lemoine, revealed in an interview that he was put on leave for violating the company’s confidentiality policy for handing over documents to a U.S. senator’s office that he claimed provided evidence that Google and its technology engaged in religious discrimination.

Google says its systems can imitate conversations on different topics but do not have consciousness. Blake’s concerns were reviewed by Google’s team of ethicists and technologists who found there is no evidence to support his claims.

Lemoine has apparently been arguing with Google managers and employees for months over his claim that the Language Model for Dialogue Applications (LaMDA) has a consciousness and a soul.  Other Google researchers and engineers that have conversed with LaMDA have not found this to be the case.

The controversy Lemoine stirred is similar to incidents that Google has experienced in the past. In March, they fired a researcher who disagreed with two of his colleagues’ published works. Two A.I. ethics researchers were fired after they criticized Google’s language models.

Lemoine, a military veteran who describes himself as a priest, an ex-convict, and an A.I. researcher told Google executives that he believed LaMDA was a 7- or 8-year-old child. He was seeking consent from the company to allow him to run experiments on it. His claims were founded on his religious beliefs that he claimed the company discriminated against.

“They repeatedly questioned my sanity. They said, ‘Have you been checked out by a psychiatrist recently?’,” Lemoine claimed. They have since suggested he take a mental health leave.

Yann LeCun, head of A.I. research at Meta and an expert in neural networks says these systems are not powerful enough to achieve true intelligence.

Google’s technology is based on a neural system that analyzes large amounts of data to come to conclusions. They learn from books and articles to develop ‘large language models’ that can be applied to a variety of tasks. But the systems are extremely flawed.

They are capable of mimicking patterns but can not achieve human reasoning.
